通过评价NRS 2002与PG-SGA两种营养风险筛查工具,在肝癌肝切除患者术前营养状况评估中的适用情况.分别应用两种工具对我院肝胆外科40例肝癌肝切除患者进行术前营养风险筛查,测定术前的体重指数、握力等人体测量指标,同时比较不同营养筛查评分下的生化参数如白蛋白、前白蛋白,比较两种筛查方法以及各营养指标对于肝癌肝切除患者营养风险筛查的适用性.NRS 2002评分有营养风险患者与无营养风险患者相比体重指数与前白蛋白有显著性差异;PG-SGA评分有营养风险患者与无营养风险患者相比,体重指数、前白蛋白、三头肌皮脂厚度、非利手握力有显著性差异.综上所述,PG-SGA较NRS 2002对于肝癌肝切除患者术前营养状况评估与营养风险筛查具有更高价值,作为肝癌肝切除术患者术前营养风险筛查工具适用性更高.%NRS 2002 and PG-SGA were compared as preoperative nutritional screening tools for hospi-talized hepatic cancer patients before hepatectomy. NRS 2002 and PG-SGA scales were respectively ap-plied on 40 hospitalized patients with hepatic cancer. Body mass index (BMI), grip strength and other nu-trition indicators were determined before operation to compare these two methods in evaluation of nutrition risk. Compared between the two teams with or without nutritional risks screened by NRS 2002, BMI and prealbumin had significant differences. BMI, prealbumin, TSF and hand grip strength had significant differ-ences between patients at A level and B plus C level evaluated by PG-SGA. In conclusion, PG-SGA is more suitable than NRS-2002 in the evaluation of patients' nutrition status in preoperative period for hep-atic cancer patients receiving hepatectomy.
