炼油领域几种常用钢材的硫化物应力腐蚀敏感性研究

             

摘要

To provide basic data for appropriate selection of corrosion-resistant materials for refinery equipments, the corrosion of 7 steels commonly used in refinery services is evaluated. The resistance of sulfide stress corrosion resistance of 7 steels for refinery service in NACE saturated hydrogen sulfide solution is studied by slow strain rate method, and the factors affecting performance of sulfide stress corrosion resistance of materials are discussed. The results of test show that the susceptivity of sulfide stress corrosion cracking of 0Crl3, 20G, CF62 is very high, that of SM400, 0Crl8Nil0Ti and 16MnR is in the middle, and that of 316L is the lowest. For the long-term safe operation of refinery equipments, the materials with low susceptivity, such as 316L, should be preferably adopted, the materials with middle susceptivity, such as 0Crl8Nil0Ti, etc should be selected with care.%对炼油工业中7种常用钢材进行腐蚀评价,旨在从腐蚀的角度为炼油装置的合理选材提供依据.采用慢应变速率拉伸试验法研究了这7种材料在NACE饱和硫化氢溶液中的耐硫化物应力腐蚀性能,并对影响材料抗硫化物应力腐蚀性能的相关因素进行了讨论.试验结果表明:0Cr13,20G和CF62的硫化物应力腐蚀破裂敏感性最大,SM400,0Cr18Ni10Ti和16MnR的敏感性居中,316L的敏感性最低.为保证炼油装置的长周期安全运行,对于炼油装置中硫化物应力腐蚀非常苛刻的环境,应首先考虑类似316L等破裂倾向小的材料,类似0Cr18Ni10Ti等破裂倾向居中的材料要慎重选用.
