LDC-200催化剂在重油催化裂化装置上的工业应用试验

摘要

LDC-200催化剂在锦西石化公司180万 t/a 重油催化裂化装置进行了工业应用试验。试验标定结果表明，LDC-200催化剂达到系统藏量的80%时，总液体收率提高0.56百分点，汽油收率提高0.28百分点，LDC-200催化剂具有改善异构化和芳构化等氢转移能力，汽油辛烷值上升了1.1个单位。%Commercial application of LDC-200 catalyst in a 1.80 MMt/a heavy oil catalytic cracking unit is introduced. The results show that when LDC-200 catalyst inventory occupied over 80%, total liquid yield increases by 0.56 percentage points, gasoline yield increases 0.28 percentage points, and additionally LDC-200 catalyst has better ability to improve isomerization and aromatization, with gasoline RON increased by 1.1 units.
