电子式井下压力计校准过程中的问题浅析

摘要

针对国家能源局发布的SY/T 6640-2012电子式井下压力计校准方法在应用中存在的问题,对电子式井下压力计校准过程中的回程误差、最大允许误差公式和转换头等问题做一探讨分析,发现回程误差的大小同压力计本身和检定装置有关.最大允许误差公式的分母为校准时的最大电压更符合要求.规范统一转换头可大大提高工作效率.%In view of the problems arising in the application of the SY/T 6640-2012 electronic downhole pressure gauge calibration method issued by the National Energy Administration,the paper discusses the return error,the maximum allowable error formula and the conversion head in the electronic downhole pressure gauge calibration process.It is found that the size of the return error is related to the pressure gauge itself and the test device.The denominator of the maximum permissible error formula is the maximum voltage at which calibration is carried out.To uniform standard conversion heads can greatly improve work efficiency.
