含羧基侧基的聚芳醚砜平板超滤膜的制备及其性能研究

     

摘要

以双酚酸和4,4’-二氯二苯砜为原料制备了含羧基侧基的聚芳醚砜(C-PAES),利用1H NMR方法对C-PAES的结构进行了表征.以C-PAES为功能层材料,无纺布为支撑层,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)为添加剂,采用相转化法制备了C-PAES超滤膜.SEM表征结果显示,C-PAES超滤膜表面为无缺陷、较致密的皮层结构,内部为多孔亚层结构.研究了C-PAES超滤膜中PVP含量对其性能的影响.实验结果表明,当PVP含量为5.0%(w)时,C-PAES超滤膜的纯水通量为230.0 L/(m2·h);当PVP含量为10.0%(w)时,C-PAES超滤膜对牛血清白蛋白的截留率达97.2%.%Poly(arylene ether sulfone) with pendant carboxyl group(C-PAES) was synthesized by the copolymerization of diphenolic acid and 4,4'-dichlorodiphenyl sulfone,and characterized by means of 1H NMR.Flat ultrafiltration membranes were prepared by phase inversion with C-PAES as a functional separation material,polyester as a supporting material and polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP) as an additive.The SEM results show that the obtained ultrafiltration membranes have asymmetrical structure with a relatively dense skin layer at the top and a loose intermediate layer.The effect of PVP content on the separation performance of C-PAES ultrafiltration membranes was investigated.The results indicate that the water flux on C-PAES membrane with 5.0%(w) PVP is 230.0 L/(m2 · h) and the bovine serum albumin rejection on C-PAES membrane with 10.0%(w) PVP reaches 97.2%.
