柴油添加剂聚甲氧基二甲醚的合成研究现状

摘要

Polyoxymethylene dimethyl ethers(PODEn) can be applied as diesel fuel additives due to their similarity to diesel oil in physical and chemical properties.They can improve the lubricating property of diesel oil and reduce the formation of air pollutants during combustion.In this paper,the mechanism and thermodynamics for the synthesis of PODEn were introduced.The research situation in the catalysts,raw materials and reaction mechanism for the synthesis of PODEn was summarized.The prospect in the synthesis and application of PODEn in future was forecasted.%聚甲氧基二甲醚(PODEn)具有与柴油接近的物理化学性质,作为柴油添加剂可有效提高其润滑性能,同时减少柴油燃烧时空气污染物的生成.详细介绍了PODEn的合成机理及合成热力学,从合成PODEn的催化剂、原料、反应机理等方面出发,重点阐述了近几年国内外PODEn的合成研究成果与现状,并在分析现状的基础上对PODEn的合成及应用发展前景进行了展望.
