本文结合石油化工技术和新环保技术的基本特点,对新环保技术在石油化工应用的优化设计研究过程汇总,为石油化工的节能环保研究提供了相应的参考意见.%Combining with the characteristics of the technologies of new petrochemical industry and new environment ,the paper introduced the application of the technologies and put forward the references for the optimization design.
