酸雾废气净化系统的设计

摘要

采用"扁口吸风装置+移动槽盖+酸雾吸收塔"工艺处理无组织产生源酸雾,废气经处理后可达到《大气污染物排放标准》(GB16297-1996)二级要求.该系统含废气收集、引风、净化、排气共四个子系统.系统设备中,槽盖表面和吸收塔均由聚丙烯板制作,具有耐腐蚀性强、强度高、噪声低、维修方便、美观大方等优点.%The design introduced in this paper is applied with a "flat mouth suction device + mobile container cover + absorption tower" technology to deal with acid mist generated from unorganized source. Emissions after treatment can meet the requirements of the air pollutant emission standards(GB16297-1996)Ⅱ. The system consists of four subsystems,that is,mist collection,transportation, purification,and discharge. The surface of container cover and the absorber in this system are made by polypropylene plates with the advantages of corrosion resistance,easy maintenance,high strength,low noise,and nice appearance.
