三相氮气泡沫在稠油蒸汽吞吐中的应用

摘要

针对克拉玛依油田九8区稠油油藏埋藏浅、非均质程度严重，容易汽窜等问题，从泡沫流体的基本性质入手，对三相氮气泡沫体系的配方、稳泡原理、性能评价、驱油机理等方面进行分析，成功进行两口现场试验，并对措施效果进行评价。结果表明，三相氮气泡沫具有较好的调剖堵水效果，有助于提高蒸汽的波及系数和驱油效率。%According to the characteristics of shallow bury,severe heterogeneity,and steam channeling for District 9-8 heavy oil reservoir of Karamay Oilfield,this paper analyses the basic characteristics of foam fluid,formulation,foam stabilization principle,performance evaluation and oil displacement mechanisms of three-phase nitrogen foam.Three-phase nitrogen foam is successfully tested in two wells and the effects are also evaluated.The results show that three-phase nitrogen foam has a good effect in profile control and water shutoff by enhancing sweep efficiency and oil displacement efficiency.
