降低锅炉排烟温度提高锅炉热效率

     

摘要

分析公司年产50万t合成氨装置配套3台150t/h高温高压循环流化床锅炉排烟温度高的原因,通过吹灰系统及空气预热器改造,使排烟温度较低20℃左右,蒸汽温度提高10℃左右,锅炉热效率提高1.5%~2%,每年可节约标煤4500t左右.%This paper provides insight into the causes of high exhaust gas temperature at three 150t/h high temperature and high pressure circulating fluidized bed boilers in 0.5 mt/a ammonia plant. The exhaust gas temperature was reduced by 20 ℃ and the steam temperature is improved by 10 ℃ through the modification for the soot blowing system and the air preheater,the thermal efficiency of boilers were increased by 1.5% to 2%,and the standard coal can be saved about 4500 tons per year.
