水煤气管道穿孔泄漏原因分析

摘要

Macro and micro analysis were carried out on the perforation leakage reason of water gas pipeline. The leakage was as a result of local electrochemical corrosion caused by impurity of S and condensate water existing in the pipe. Suggestion ot the usage of pipe was proposed based on the analysis results.%对水煤气管道穿孔泄漏的原因进行了宏观和微观分析.结果表明,管道内的含硫杂质与冷凝水共同作用产生的局部电化学腐蚀导致了管道泄漏,并提出了相应的整改建议.
