除油旋流器操作参数对分离效率影响的数值模拟

         

摘要

利用计算流体动力学 Fluent 软件模拟分析用于油水分离的水力旋流器内油滴的运动轨迹,分析入口油滴粒径、分流比、入口流量对旋流器分离效率的影响。采用雷诺应力模型和离散相模型对油水两相进行数值模拟,入口油滴粒径分别为10μm、20μm、30μm、40μm、50μm、60μm,分流比分别为2%、2.6%、3.9%、5%、5.8%、7%,入口体积流量分别为3.5 m3/h、4.3 m3/h、5.2 m3/h、6.1 m3/h、6.9 m3/h。数值模拟结果表明,数值模拟结果与实验结果基本吻合;油滴的分离区域主要集中在圆柱段、大锥段以及小锥段上半部分;随着油滴粒径的增大,旋流器分离效率增加;随着分流比和入口体积流量的增大,分离效率都表现为先增大后基本不变;最佳分流比随着入口油滴粒径的减小而增大。%The Fluent software based on computational fluid dynamics was used to simulate the oil droplet motion trajectory in hydrocyclones for oil-water separation.The effects of operational parameters such as inlet oil droplet size,flow split ratio,and feed flow rate on separation per-formance were analyzed.The Reynolds stress model and discrete phase model were adopted dur-ing the simulation.The inlet oil droplet size was assigned as 10 μm,20 μm,30 μm,40 μm, 50 μm,60 μm,the flow split ratio was 2%,2.6%,3.9%,5%,5.8%,7% and the inlet feed flow rate was 3.5 m3/h,4.3 m3/h,5.2 m3/h,6.1 m3/h,6.9 m3/h respectively.It shows that the simulation results were in good agreement with the experimental data.It is suggested that the oil-water separation mainly occurs in the cylindrical section,the steep taper section and the upper portion of the fine taper section.The separation efficiency of the hydrocyclone improves with the increase of inlet oil droplets sizes.With the increase of split ratio or feed flow,separation effi-ciency basically remains unchanged after first increase.The best split ratio raises with the de-crease of inlet oil droplets sizes.
