垃圾发电锅炉主要受压部件损伤模式分析

             

摘要

依据垃圾发电锅炉检验时常见的损伤情况,对其锅筒、省煤器系统、过热器系统和水冷壁系统等主要受压部件的损伤模式进行分析。结果显示,这些主要受压部件的损伤模式包括焊接缺陷、热疲劳、飞灰磨损、低温腐蚀、氧腐蚀、高温蠕变、高温腐蚀和垢下腐蚀等。%Based on the common defects obtained during inspections of waste incinerations,the damage patterns in the main pressure components,namely the drum,the economizer system,the superheater system and the water wall system were studied.The result was that damage patterns in the main pressure components of the waste incinerations included welding defect,heat fatigue, fly ash abrasion,low temperature corrosion,oxygen corrosion,high temperature creep,high temperature corrosion and under deposit corrosion.
