大尺寸非标准八角垫圈法兰有限元分析

摘要

Large non‐standard octagon gasket flange used on the pressure pipeline is designed . Finite element analysis for the strength of the parts and sealing performance of the gasket are dis‐cussed based on Waters‐design rule . The results showed that the design of the non‐standard flange is meeting required .Finite element analysis is an effective and reliable method for the de‐sign of flange .%针对设计的压力管道上使用的大尺寸非标准八角垫圈法兰，根据Waters法兰设计准则，采用有限元方法校核了法兰和螺栓的强度及垫片的密封性。结果表明，所设计的非标准法兰满足设计要求，有限元分析方法有效、可靠。
