管壳式热交换器管板与换热管连接接头的设计与制造

摘要

In order to avoid invalidations and guarantee reliability of the joints between tube sheet and tube of the tubular heat exchangers , selection of connecting , fabrication methods , welding and expanding methods and inspection and testing and acceptance (nondestructive testing and pressure test ) are discussed .The problems are put forward that should be noticed and the measures should be adopted from design to fabrication ,inspection and testing and acceptance . Each level is checked in order to achieve safe and stable operation of the final product .%为避免管壳式热交换器管板与换热管连接接头失效，保证其可靠性，分析了此类接头的连接方式、制造方法、焊接及胀接方法与质量控制、检验及验收（无损检测及耐压试验要求）过程，从设计到制造、检验及验收的角度，提出了应该注意的问题和采取的措施。层层把关，以实现最终产品安全稳定地运行。
