多套管式热交换器设计制造要点

         

摘要

介绍了兰州兰石集团承建的催化汽油吸附脱硫装置反应产物热交换器基本工况.从结构与结构特点分析两方面讨论了多套管式热交换器结构设计与管、壳程密封结构设计要点,从换热管与管板连接质量控制、焊缝质量控制、加工精度控制3个方面讨论了多套管式热交换器制造过程注意事项.讨论表明,多套管式热交换器换热效率较高,应用灵活.管、壳程密封结构选用了新型可拆焊接式密封结构,相比传统的法兰紧固件式密封结构,其结构更简单、性能更可靠、使用寿命更长、安全性能更高、适用范围更广且可增大有效换热面积,但在制造过程中要注意换热管与管板的连接可靠及与锥壳连接部位的焊接质量,还要严格保证加工精度.%The basic work condition of the reaction product heat exchanger for the catalytic gaso-line adsorption desulfurization device of Lanzhou Lanshi group was introduced.Multi sleeve type heat exchanger is selected for the said device.Key points in design are discussed from structure and structure analysis,and precautions in manufacture are discussed from welding quality control of tubes and the tube sheet,weld quality control and processing precision.As a result of discus-sions,higher heat exchange efficiency and flexible uses can be available with multi sleeve type heat exchanger,and better experiences including simpler structure,more reliable performance, longer service life,higher safety performance and larger effective heat exchange area can be ac-quired with application of multi sleeve type heat exchanger as long as paying enough attentions to ensure the reliable connection of heat exchange tube and tube plate and w elding quality of the con-ical shell connection,and strictly ensure the machining accuracy.
