阻尼减振技术在离心压缩机出口管道减振中的应用研究

         

摘要

This article expatiates on the reasons and damages of vibration in the outlet pipeline caused by rotating stall of the centrifugal compressor. It introduces the principles of damping vibration of the pipeline vibration-damping technology. Taking the damping reformation of the secondary outlet pipeline of a catalytic gas compressor in a refinery as an example,the article brings forward the vibration-damping scheme for the pipeline and summarizes the actual vibration-damping effect of the pipeline after field measurement of the amplitude and frequency of the pipeline system and modal calculation and analysis on the pipeline structure system with the application of analysis software CAESAR II.%阐述了离心压缩机旋转失速造成出口管道振动的原因及危害,介绍管道阻尼减振技术的减振原理.以某炼油厂催化气压机二级出口管道减振改造为例,通过现场实测管道系统的振幅和频率,运用分析软件CAESARⅡ对管道结构系统进行了模态计算分析,提出管道阻尼减振方案,总结了管道实际减振效果.
