螺杆压缩机同步齿轮损坏原因分析及对策

摘要

This paper introduces the damage fault of synchronous gears of two sets of oil - free screw compressors in a cracking gas unit. Serious design faults are found out in these compressors while analyzing the causes for the damage of the gears. Aiming at these design faults, the paper brings forward feasible countermeas-ures which receive good results.%文章介绍了某裂解气压缩装置中两套无油螺杆压缩机在运行中相继出现了同步齿轮损坏故障,在分析同步齿轮损坏的原因时,发现该机组在设计时存在较严重的设计缺陷,针对这些设计缺陷,制定了切实可行的处理措施,处理效果较好.
