根据催化裂化装置的工艺和设备特点,提出了在衬里设备和管道上涂刷保温涂层,在保证金属壁温不低于设计要求的前提下,最大限度地降低装置的散热,确保及时发现设备衬里的损坏.文章还针对衬里设备增设保温涂层后的传热机理、温度分布和散热损耗进行了研究、计算和对比分析,对减少催化裂化装置散热损失具有指导意义.%According to the process and equipment features of FCCU, this paper suggests to paint insulation coating on lining equipment and pipelines and decrease heat radiation to the maximum under the premise that the temperature of the metal wall is no lower than the design requirement so as to ensure the timely detection of failure the equipment lining. The paper also carries out study, calculation and comparative analysis on the heat transfer mechanism, temperature distribution and heat loss after addition of insulation coating in the lining equipment, which provides guiding significance for the reduction of heat loss in FCCU.
