In 2011, ＂the Arab Spring＂ changed the geopolitical ecology of the Middle East and North Africa. The U.S. stepped up readjustment to its global strategy with a high-sounding voice proclaimed its ＂return to Asia Pacific＂. A great surge was felt in the political trend of thoughts in the world, and the world was still faced with various terrorist threats.
