根据一种三大组件结构样盖的组装过程，介绍一种爆裂环式塑料盖全自动组装设备，在这台设备上连续自动完成环的组装和上盖与盖体扭紧两道工序，从而使三个分散的零件自动组装为一体，解决了因手工操作造成的效率低、成本高、强度大、质量差的生产问题。%According to an assembly of three component structure like cover process ,introduces a burst of ring type plastic cover full automatic assembly equipment , can automatically complete the ring assembly and the upper cover and the cover body tightening the two processes in this device ,which can make three separate parts of automatic assembly as a whole ,to solve the production problems caused by manual operation ,low effi-ciency ,high cost ,high strength ,poor quality .
