可塑性钛钢板治疗Sanders Ⅱ、Ⅲ型跟骨骨折23例临床分析

摘要

目的 探讨切开复位可塑性跟骨钛钢板治疗跟骨骨折的疗效.方法 回顾性分析我院自2006年1月至2008年1月SandersⅡ、Ⅲ型跟骨骨折病人23例.治疗采用手术切开复位并用可塑性钛钢板进行固定.结果 所有病例均获随访,按Maryland足部评分系统评价术后功能,本组23例骨折中,优12例,良9例,可2例,优良率91.30%.结论 手术切开复位,钛钢板内固定治疗Sanders Ⅱ、Ⅲ型跟骨骨折是一种有效治疗方法.%Objective To study the application of open reduction. and plasticity titanium plate in the treatment ofcalcaneal fracture of the calcaneus. Methods A retrospective analysis cf our hospital from Jan 2006 to Jan 2008 23 cases of Sanders Ⅱ、Ⅲ calcaneal fracture patients, treatment by surgery with open reduction and plasticity titanium plate fixation. Result All patients were followed by maryland foot score postoperative fuactional evaluation system , the group of 23 cases of fracture, gifted 12 cases, good in 9cases, excellent rate was 91.30％. Conclusion Open reduction surgery, titanium plate fixation for the treat ment of sanders Ⅱ 、Ⅲcalcaneal fractures is an effective method.
