A method is presented for assembly modeling of modular fixture with object orient (O-O) technology. The general O-O model is introduced. The objects and their relationships in modular fixture assembly design are analyzed, and the static structure of classes and the definition of some typical fixture classes are given. Finally, the advantages of O-O model over conventional tree/graph model are discussed, and an example of fixture assembly are developed with Pro/E.%给出一个面向对象(O-O)的组合夹具装配建模方法。讨论了O-O模型表达的一般方法,然后分析组合夹具装配设计中的各类对象以及对象类之间的关联关系,给出组合夹具装配设计类的静态结构和典型类的具体定义。讨论了利用O-O方法建立的装配模型相对传统树/图(Tree/Graph)模型的优点,并在Pro/E下给出一个O-O夹具装配建模实例。
