LED铁路信号灯的光学系统研究

     

摘要

With the development of the high power LED lighting and the lighting technique, LEDs have been applied widely in illumination fields, It also has brought new challenges for the light design of lamps and lanterns. Based on the actual requirements of LED's application in railway signal light, a research on the optical system of LED railway signal light and its optical requirements are made. A optical lens structure is designed. And through simulation with optical simulation software Tracepro, the design structure meets requirement of light intensity and diffuse angle of railway signal light.%随着大功率LED光源和照明技术的发展,LED已经广泛地应用于照明领域,这也给灯具的配光设计带来了新的挑战.从LED光源应用于铁路信号灯的实际要求出发,对LED铁路信号灯的光学系统和灯具的配光进行了研究,设计出了一种透镜型的光学结构,并通过光学软件Tracepro进行了模拟仿真,从而达到了铁路信号灯要求的光强度和光束散角.
