黄祖仕，祖籍福建省福清市，著名港籍华侨实业家，现任重庆市第三届政协常委、融汇集团董事长兼总裁、重庆融汇地产（集团）有限公司董事长。融汇集团由黄祖仕于1989年在香港成立，后转战福建、江西、芜湖，挥师重庆、云南、山东，历经25年的发展，逐步成为一家以房地产开发为核心产业，以化工、温泉旅游及文化创意为辅业的大型企业集团，下属控股、参股企业50余家。%Huang Zushi, whose hometown is Fuqing in Fujian province, is a Hong Kong industrialist of the Ronghui Group and the leader of the StandingCommittee of the Chinese people's Political Consultative Conference of Chongqing.
