抚顺矿业集团千金油厂F/G部分级干馏装置原矿工艺评价

摘要

Fushun Mining Group Qianjin oil plant F / G dry distillation device transforms the original mine system, uses the fractional distillation process, 30 ~ 60 mm and 10 ~ 30 mm into the two furnace-type retort. This article introduces the F / G part of the ore process and evaluates the crushing effect, screening effect, drying effect and the effect of the oil production rate of retort furnace.%抚顺矿业集团千金油厂新建F/G部干馏装置对原矿系统进行了改造,采用分级干馏工艺,30~60 mm和10~30 mm分别进入2个炉型的干馏炉.分别介绍了F/G部原矿工艺,对破碎效果、筛分效果、干燥效果以及对干馏炉产油率的影响进行了评价.
