露天矿220t级自卸卡车电动轮主机架开裂故障分析

主要针对神华北电胜利能源有限公司220 t级卡车主机架的开裂原因进行分析,通过卡车运行环境以及设备操作人员跟踪等影响因素进行综合分析.同时,对已开裂主机架的材料进行金相结构分析,最终找到导致卡车主机架的开裂原因,并提出预防主机架开裂的主要方案,为提高设备管理水平和降低运行风险提供参考建议.%Aiming at the cracking reasons of 220 ton truck main frame, the article comprehensively analyzes the truck running environment and equipment operating personnel tracking and the cracking main frame material metallographic structure, and finds out the cracking causes of truck main frame, and puts forward the main scheme of preventing the main frame crack, which provide reference for improving equipment management level and reducing the operation risk.
