In order to improve the soil structure and fertility in the Inner Mongolia Yimin mine dump, this article explores the effect of mycorrhizal fungus with active lignite as carrier on soil improvement by pot experiments. The results show that by adding 150 kg/ha mycorrhizal fungus to the soil, it can increase soil available nutrients, cation exchange capacity and the infection rate ofmycorrhiza fungus, and promote the growth of elymus, which provide scientific basis for the application of mycorrhizal agents in soil improvement in cold and dry regions.%为改善内蒙古伊敏矿区排土场土壤结构,提高土壤肥力,采用盆栽实验方式,探索以活性褐煤为载体的菌根菌剂对排土场土壤的改良作用,初步确定了菌根菌剂的最优施用量为150kg/ha,土壤中的速效养分、阳离子交换量、菌根菌侵染率增加,并促进披碱草生长,为菌根菌剂在寒冷干燥区域土壤改良的应用提供科学依据.
