露天矿数字化矿山管理生产效率提高研究与应用

数字化露天矿山管理系统是集软硬件、人机互动于一体的综合性管理系统,紧密结合矿山实际情况,搭建数据传输局域网系统、数据存储系统和调度系统,实现对矿山生产设备的实时监控报警和在线调度,优化矿山基础数据结构,有效提高了数据查询统计的效率,减轻了人员工作量,提高了生产效率.%Digital open-pit mine management system is a comprehensive management system which integrates software and hardware, man-machine interaction. This system closely combines the actual mining situation, builds data transmission network system, data storage system and dispatching system, realizes the real-time monitoring alarm of the mine production equipment and online scheduling, optimizes mine basic data structure, effectively improves the efficiency of data query and statistics, reduces staff workload and improves the production efficiency.
