在役管道焊缝缺陷检测评价技术

             

摘要

The weld joint defect is a high-risk factor for the management of long distance pipelines. The number of weld joint defects found in the magnetic leakage detection is large, but the size infor-mation is limited,which makes the failure investigation of the weld joint difficult.By summarizing the advantages and disadvantages of the common weld joint defect non-destructive detection techniques, the limitation of the magnetic flux leakage ( MFL) internal detection technology for weld joint defects is analyzed, and then a comparison method of the magnetic flux leakage internal detection and the field non-destructive detection with the weld joint defect size and clock position. The evaluation criteria of pipeline weld defects at home and abroad are compared,and it is pointed out that the EPRG standard is suitable for pipeline X80. The practice has proven that the comparison method of the magnetic flux leakage internal detection and the field non-destructive detection with the weld joint defect size and clock position can intuitively analyze the measurement performance of the internal detection tool on de-fect size,and avoid the impact of the clock position overall shift during the magnetic flux leakage inter-nal detection;the EPRG standard can be used to evaluate the pipeline X80 welds quickly and accurately.%焊缝缺陷是长输管道管理中的高风险因素,漏磁内检测发现的焊缝缺陷数量大,而尺寸信息有限,导致焊缝的失效风险排查工作难以开展.通过总结常见的焊缝缺陷无损检测技术的优缺点,分析漏磁内检测对焊缝缺陷检测的局限性,提出了一种漏磁内检测与现场无损检测焊缝缺陷尺寸、时钟位置的对比方法.对比分析国内外管道焊缝缺陷评价标准,指出了适合X80管线的EPRG标准.实践证明,漏磁内检测和现场无损检测尺寸、位置对比方法能直观地分析内检测工具的缺陷尺寸测量性能,避免漏磁内检测时钟位置整体偏移造成的影响;EPRG标准应用于X80管线环焊缝评价快速准确.
