插入式直读防冻堵定压放气阀研制与应用

摘要

The conventional constant pressure release valve is easy to be frozen in winter could not display the set pressure value directly;additionally the installation and maintenance are difficult. The new constant pressure release valve was invented with these features:plug-in,direct-reading and anti-freezing plugging.According to immersing the lower air partially insulation in oil,instal-ling the pressure gauge and using the hose pipe,it could solve the above problems.1 ,900 sets were applied in the oilfield,the associated gas successfully has been recovered,moreover,they take a positive significance to reduce greenhouse gas and make full use of oil and gas resources.%常规定压放气阀冬季易冻堵，不能直读设定压力值，安装维修难度大。研制了插入式直读防冻堵定压放气阀，通过将阀体下端排气部分浸在原油中保温解决了冬季冻堵问题，加装了压力表使压力值能直读，使用软管线解决了安装维修需要动火的问题。现场应用1900套，成功回收了油田井口伴生气，对减少温室气体排放，充分利用油气资源具有积极意义。
