车载一体化火驱点火装置研制与应用

摘要

稠油火驱开发成功的关键是油层点火。为了实现经济、高效、安全的工业化点火要求，研制了车载一体化火驱点火装置。应用该装置可方便、快捷、安全地进行电热点火器的带压提下作业及点火作业过程的控制。经现场试验，证明了新工艺及装备的可行性与可靠性。%The key to the success of heavy oil fire-flooding is reservoir ignition.In order to realize the economical,efficient and safe industrial ignition requirements,a vehicle-mounted integrated device for fire flooding ignition is developed.The device can carry the electric heater up and down in snubbing service and control the operation process of igniting conveniently,quickly and safely. The field text proved the feasibility and reliability of the new technology and equipment.
