有杆泵-喷射泵复合举升系统动力液优化设计研究

     

摘要

轮古油田井深油稠,地层供液能力较差,单一的举升工艺很难适应油田生产的需要,因此应用了以稀油为动力液的有杆泵-喷射泵复合举升系统.为了解决目前稀油用量较大的问题,提出了产出液和混合液作为复合举升系统动力液方案,分别建立了其黏度、密度和稀油比例的模型,并分别对稀油、产出液、混合液以及活性水作为复合系统动力液展开可行性分析,通过对比计算得出掺稀比例为0.5时的混合液为最佳动力液方案.对该混合液作为复合举升系统动力液开展了实例计算和现场应用,结果表明该动力液系统可以维持较高的泵效,同时使得单位体积稀油携带能力得到很大的提高,从而极大地节约了稀油资源.%The sucker rod-jet pump lifting system powered by light oil is selected as the best choice for wells in Lungu oilfield to change the condition that the single lift technology can meet the requirement of oilfield development because of the deep wells, heavy oil and poor fluid production ability. In order to reduce the amount of light oil, production fluid and mixture fluid were used as the power fluid of the combination-lifting system, and the proportion model for viscosity & density of system fluid and that of light oil was. According to the coMParison of all kinds of power fluids such as light oil, production fluid, mixture fluid and active water, it finds that the mixture power fluid with light oil 0.5 parts is the best choice. At last, example calculation and field application of combination lifting system with mixture fluid as power fluid are carried out, the results show that the power fluid system not only can maintain the system pump efficiency at a high level, but also can increase the carry ability of per unit volume light oil obviously. All of these can save the light oil resources dramatically.
