延长长6浅油层水平缝水平井压裂参数设计

         

摘要

水平井压裂技术是开发难动用低渗储层的有效手段,而对于长6低渗浅油层实施压裂技术一般会形成水平缝(低角度),影响实际施工效果。为了指导长6浅油层水平井的压裂设计和现场施工,把孔隙度、渗透率、含油饱和度、泥质含量和渗流系数作为主要参数,将七平1井的水平段储层划分出5个流动单元,进行了Ⅰ类、Ⅱ类、Ⅲ类流动单元的评价;并且根据流动单元的划分结果,完成了七平1井压裂水平裂缝条数、裂缝位置、裂缝半长的参数设计,经过现场压裂效果分析,该设计符合延长长6浅油层的储层特征及开发要求,单井产能大幅增加,使水平井开发在延长长6浅油层具有可观前景。%Horizontal well fracturing technology is an effective way to develop the hard-to-produce low permeability reservoirs, but horizontal fractures (low angle) are usually formed when fracturing Chang-6 shallow oil reservoirs with low permeability, which affects the actual construction effectiveness. In order to better guide the ifeld fracturing design and construction for horizontal wells of Chang-6 shallow oil reservoir, the porosity, permeability, oil saturation, shale content and seepage coefifcient were used as main parameters, and the reservoirs of horizontal segment in Qiping-1 well was divided into 5 lfow units, and evaluation was conducted to typesⅠ,ⅡandⅢlfow units. According to the division of lfowing units, the parameter design of number of horizontal fractures, fracture location, half length of fractures was completed for Qiping-1 well. The analysis of ifeld fracturing effectiveness shows that this design meets the reservoir features and development requirement of Chang-6 shallow oil reservoirs in Yanchang Oilifeld. The productivity of single well was increased greatly. Horizontal well development of Chang-6 shallow oil reservoir enjoys a favorable prospect.
