基于 J2EE 三层体系架构的人资管理信息系统的开发建设

摘要

叙述了企业规模不断发展的形势下省电力公司人资管理信息系统建设的必要性，阐明了该系统的设计思路和技术特点，采用基于 B/S 模式和依托 J2EE 技术的三层体系结构的开发方式实现系统建设，并介绍了系统在人资管理实际应用中的成效和意义。%　　This paper describes the necessity of construction to the development scale of the enterprises under the situation developed uninterruptedly of the human resources MIS in provincial power company, this system illustrates the design ideas and technical characteristics based on B/S mode & J2EE technology and 3-tier infrastructure development way to realize the system construction, and introduces the result and significance in the practical application to the human resources management system.
