With the continuous development of information technology, the increasing of college student personnel, ed-ucational administration bear the more heavy work, educational administration management is the core and basic work of management work in colleges and universities, in the paperless and network information age, raising the overall level of colleges and universities is of particular importance to put forward new requirements to teaching management.%随着信息技术的不断发展，高校学生人员的日益增多，教务管理承担着更加繁重的工作，教务管理是高校管理工作的核心和基础性工作，在无纸化和网络化的信息时代，提高院校整体水平尤其要对教务管理提出新的要求。
