矿用电机车电控空气制动系统的比例电磁铁设计

摘要

比例电空阀是矿用电机车电控空气制动系统中的一个重要控制元件，电机车的制动性能很大程度上取决于比例电空阀的特性。作为比例电空阀关键部件的比例电磁铁设计合理时，其输出的电磁力与线圈中的电流大小成正比关系，对提高比例电空阀的性能有很大帮助。文中对一种具有盆底结构的比例电磁铁进行了结构设计，并对30Kg推力的比例电磁铁关键参数进行了计算。%The proportional electromagnetic valve is the key control part of the electro-pneumatic brake system in trolley locomotives,and the brake capability of the trolley locomotives partly lie on the proportional electromagnetic valve.As the key part of the proportional velectromagnetic valve,the proportional electromagnetism plays a crucial part,its output's electromagnetic force is proportioned with the electricity in the the winding. Lastly designed a kind of bottom-structure proportion electromagnetism,and calculated the key parameter of the 30 kilogram-force's bottom-structure proportion electromagnetism.
