抑郁老年人日常生活活动能力与生存质量的关系研究

摘要

Objective:To probe into the relationship between activity of daily living and quality of life of the elderly with depression.Methods:The cluster sampling method was used to select a community in Bengbu City,Anhui Province randomly.The community elderly aged 60 and above received the questionnaire survey by using the general questionnaire,WHOQOL-BREF,activities of daily living(ADL) scale and geriatric depression scale Brief Version(GDS-15).Results:In 746 elderly people,the prevalence of depression among the elderly was 15.7%.The activities of daily living and quality of life of the elderly in depression group were lower than those in non depression group(P<0.05).The score of daily life activity ability and all dimensions scores were negatively correlated with the total score of quality of life and the scores of all dimensions(r value was-0.673~0.241,P<0.05).Conclusion:Activity of daily living was closely related to the quality of life of the elderly with depression;their activity of daily living should be improved and their quality of life should be improved.%[目的]探讨抑郁老年人日常生活活动能力与生存质量的关系.[方法]采用整群抽样方法,在安徽省蚌埠市社区中随机抽取1个社区,采用一般情况调查表、世界卫生组织编制的生存质量测定表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)、日常生活活动能力(ADL)量表和老年抑郁量表简版(GDS-15)对社区内60岁及以上老年人进行问卷调查.[结果]在调查的746名老年人中,老年抑郁患病率为15.7%.抑郁组老年人日常生活活动能力及生存质量低于无抑郁组(P<0.05);抑郁老年人日常生活活动能力总分及各维度得分与生存质量总分及各维度得分呈负相关(r值为-0.673~-0.241,P<0.05).[结论]日常生活活动能力与抑郁老年人的生存质量密切相关,应改善老年人的日常生活活动能力,提高其生存质量.
