Objective : To discuss the effect of evidence - based nursing on elderly diabetic patients with lower limb fractures. Methods:113 elderly diabetic patients with lower limb fractures were randomly divided into two groups ( control group and experimental group ) , patients in the control group ( 52 cases ) were used conventional care , and patients in the experimental group ( 61 cases ) were used evidence - based care. Glucose and the incidence of postoperative complications were observed. Results : The experimental group of patients with fasting plasma glucose and meals blood glucose were lower than the control group. The inciflence of postoperative complications in the control group of patients was higher than that of the experimental group. Conclusion: Evidence -based nursing can effectively solve the nursing prohlems in the elderly diabetic patients with lower limb fractures, promote wound healing, reduce complications and improve quality of care.%目的:探讨循证护理在老年糖尿病病人合并下肢骨折中的应用.方法:将113例下肢骨折合并糖尿病病人随机分成两组,对照组52例病人采用常规的护理,实验组61例病人采用循证护理,以病人的血糖、术后并发症发生率作为观察指标.结果:实验组病人的空腹血糖及餐后血糖均低于对照组病人;对照组病人的术后并发症发生率高于实验组病人.结论:循证护理可有效解决老年糖尿病病人合并下肢骨折护理中存在的问题,更好地促进病人术后切口的愈合,减少并发症的发生,提高护理质量.
