急诊输液护理中护患沟通技巧的应用

     

摘要

目的:分析护患沟通技巧的应用要点.方法:对本院应用护患沟通技巧前后收治的病人进行满意度与人际关系敏感因子测评,同时对比病人满意率与护患纠纷发生率.结果:观察组焦虑因子与人际关系敏感因子得分、护患纠纷发生率显著低于对照组,病人满意率显著高于对照组(P<0.01).结论:护患沟通技巧的应用可提高护患和谐程度,极大的降低护患纠纷的发生.%Objective : To analyze the application points of nurse - patient communication skills. Methods : Assessing the patients'satisfaction rates and interpersonal sensitivity factors before and after used nurse - patient communication skills , at the same time compared patient satisfaction rate and the incidence of nursing disputes. Results : The scores of anxiety factor and interpersonal sensitivity factor in observation group are significantly lower than the control group , P < 0. 01 . Nurse - patient disputes in the observation group are significantly lower than the nurse - patient disputes in the control group ; Patients ' satisfaction rates in the observation group are significantly higher than that of the control group , P < 0. 01 . Conclusions : Application of nurse - patient communication skills can improve the harmony between nurses and patients, and greatly reduce the incidence of nursing disputes.
