护理人员量化考核及绩效分配在护理质量控制中的应用

     

摘要

Objective : To investigate how to motivate nursing staffs to improve effectively the quality of nursing management and ensure the completion of every goal of the nursing quality. Methods : To develop the standard for quality control of nursing, to improve the three - level network of quality control of nursing care , to control in whole range nursing actionthe by three - level of quality control and to examine regularly and randomly to routine nursing. To perform coefficient of nursing post and make quantitative assessment of nursing content detailed. The score of every nurse was added up by the nursing department every month. The performance of nurses will he paid according to the evaluated score. Results:To improve the quality of nursing management and ensure the quality of nursing service. Meanwhile, to improve the satisfaction for both patients and nursing profession and reduce the dropout rate of nursing staffs. Conclusion :The application for combining the effective quality control with quantization examination and evaluated score , mobilizes the enthusiasm of nurses,enhances everyone's responsibility, and makes the nursing team stability. And markedly improving the nursing quality , the satisfaction of patient and satisfaction of nurses profession.%目的:探讨如何充分调动护理人员的工作主动性,更好更有效地提高护理管理质量,确保各项护理质量目标的完成.方法:医院制定统一的护理质量控制标准,健全护理三级质控网络,三级质控逐级按不同频次对护理工作进行全程控制,对护理人员工作质量进行定期和随机检查考核;实行护理岗位系数,细化护理人员量化考核内容,每月护理部统计出每位护士当月量化考核的最后得分,按考核得分发放绩效.结果:提高了护理质量管理水平,保证了护理服务质量,同时提升了患者满意度和护士职业满意度,降低了护理人员流失率.结论:有效的护理质量控制与护理人员量化考核及绩效分配相结合的管理方法,调动了护士的工作积极性,增强了大家的责任心,稳定了护理队伍,使护理质量、患者满意度、护士职业满意度明显提升.
