护理干预对病人胃镜检查后不良反应的影响

摘要

Objective:To investigate the effect of nursing interventions on adverse reaction of patients undergoing gastroscopic examination. Methods:A total of 400 patients scheduled for gastroscopic examination were randomly divided into control group and interventional group, each group have 200 cases. The control group received the routine operation and musing care,while the interventions] group was given the cognitive,emotional,behavioral nursing intervention in 1 week before the gastruscopy. The changes of the systolic blood prewure(SBP) ,heart iate( HR), respiration( R), success rate of gastroscopy and nursing sevea satisfied rate were observed before and after examination between two group. Results:The success rate of gastroscopy,the nursing serves satisfied rate of research group was higher than those of control group,the difference was statistically significant (allP< 0.05). Conclusion:Nursing interventions can significantly reduce the gastroscopy patients due to adverse psychological reactions and physiological changes.%目的:探讨护理干预对病人胃镜检查后不良反应的影响.方法:将拟行胃镜检查病人400例随机分为对照组和干预组各200例.对照组给予常规护理,干预组采用认知、情绪、行为干预.对两组病人检查前后镜检成功率和病人对护理服务的满意度等方面进行比较.结果:与对照组相比,干预组镜检成功率和病人对护理服务的满意度增加,差异有统计学意义,均P＜0.05.结论:护理干预可明显减轻胃镜检查所致病人不良心理反应和生理变化.
