目的：探讨肝素加尿激酶混合封管对于血液透析患者长期留置深静脉置管导管的影响。方法：将2011年6月~2014年6月在我院接受深静脉长期留置导管维持性血液透析患者40例为研究对象，随机等分为试验组和对照组。对照组血液透析后应用肝素封管，试验组应用肝素加尿激酶混合封管。观察两组封管后相关化验指标变化及不良事件发生情况。结果：试验组患者血流量明显高于对照组，静脉压明显低于对照组（P 均﹤0．05）。两组患者化验指标数据封管后均在正常值范围内。试验组出血不良事件发生率与对照组相比差异无统计学差异（ P ﹥0．05）。结论：针对血液透析患者应用肝素加尿激酶混合封管，能够增加患者透析血流量，降低静脉压，安全性较好，有利于改善患者预后，具有极大的推广应用价值。%Objective:To investigate urokinase plus heparin sealed tube for mixing the long - term hemodialysis patients with deep venous catheter indwelling catheter influence. Methods:The June 2011 - June 2014 in our hospital deep vein long - term indwelling catheters in hemodialysis patients for the study of 40 cases were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. In the control group after hemodialysis heparin sealed tube,the experimental group of heparin plus urokinase mixing sealed tube. To observe relevant laboratory markers and adverse events occurring after two sealed tube case. Results:The blood flow in patients with experimental group was significantly higher than the control group,and venous pressure was significantly lower than the control group (P ﹤0. 05). After two sets of laboratory indicators of patient data within a sealed tube were normal range. Experimental group showed no significant difference with the control group in bleeding incidence of adverse events(P ﹥0. 05). Conclusion:For hemodialysis patients with urokinase mixing heparin sealed tube,di-alysis patients can increase blood flow,reduce venous pressure,better security,help to improve the prognosis of patients has great application value.
