早期序贯训练联合多元化护理指导在后颅窝肿瘤患者术后吞咽障碍中的应用

摘要

目的：探讨早期序贯训练与多元化指导的联合护理干预在后颅窝肿瘤患者术后吞咽障碍改善中的应用效果。方法：选择2015年6月～2016年6月收治于我院接受手术治疗的后颅窝肿瘤患者88例作为研究对象，随机等分为对照组和试验组，对照组接受常规护理，试验组接受早期序贯训练与多元化指导的联合护理干预，观察两组患者干预后各相关指标的差异性。结果：试验组后颅窝肿瘤术后患者经早期序贯训练与多元化指导的联合护理干预后吞咽功能改善总有效情况和护理满意度评分均显著高于对照组（P ＜0.05），胃管留置时间显著低于对照组（ P ＜0.05）。结论：采用早期序贯训练与多元化指导的联合护理对后颅窝肿瘤术后吞咽障碍患者实施干预，能显著改善该类患者的吞咽障碍程度，提高专项护理满意度。%Objective:To discuss the effect of application of combined care interference of early sequential training and diversified guidance in the improve -ment of post -operation swallowing disorder of posterior fossa tumor patients.Methods:Selected 88 case of posterior fossa tumor patients received operation treatment in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016,who were equally divided into control group and experimental group randomly,while the control group received routine care and the experimental group received the combined care interference of early sequential training and diversified guidance , and the difference of post -interference indicators of the two groups of patients was observed.Results: The overall improvement condition of swallowing function and care satisfaction score of posterior fossa tumor patients in the experimental group after combined care interference of early sequential training and diversified group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P <0.05), and the stomach tube retention time was significantly higher than that in the con-trol group (P <0.05).Conclusion: The interference of patients with swallowing disorder after posterior fossa tumor operation by using the combined inter -ference of early sequential training and diversified training could significantly improve the swallowing disorder of these patients and increase the satisfaction of special care.
