目的：：探讨自制冰芦荟液漱口防治恶性血液病化疗患者口腔黏膜炎的临床疗效。方法：选择2014年6月~2016年2月我院收治的血液病患者105例,随机分为治疗组53例,对照组52例,治疗组以冰芦荟液漱口,对照组以生理盐水+甲硝唑+制霉菌素混合液漱口。7 d为1个疗程,1个疗程后评价两组疗效。结果：两组治疗效果比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：自制冰芦荟漱口液在防治血液病化疗患者口腔黏膜炎的发生方面疗效显著,且经济实惠,患者易于接受。%Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of self-made icy aloe juice gargle in prevention and treatment of oral mucositis in patients with malig-nant hematopathy chemotherapy. Methods:Selected 105 patients with hematologic diseases admitted in our hospital from June 2014 to February 2016 and randomly divided them into treatment group 53 cases and control group 52 cases. The treatment group gargled with aloe juice. The control group gargled with mixed liquids of normal saline, metronidazole and nystatin. Seven days was a course of treatment. After a course of treatment, curative effect of two groups was evalued. Results:There was significant statistic difference between the curative effect of two groups (P<0. 05). Conclusion:Self-made icy aloe juice gargle has a significant effect on the prevention and treatment of oral mucositis in patients with hematological diseases chemotherapy. It is economical and easy to be accepted by patients.
