神灯照射和蜡疗对荷包加压缝合法治疗手指甲半月以远离断伤的影响

摘要

Objective:To discuss influence of Shendeng radiation and wax therapy on the curative effects of pressed purse - string suture for severed fingertip distal to nail semi - lunar line. Methods:Selected 60 cases of patients with severed fingertip distal to nail semi - lunar line cured in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2012,and randomly divided them into control group with 30 cases(32 fingers)and experimental group with 30 cases(34 fingers)e-qually. Control group patients received pressed purse - string suture treatment,while experimental group patients received Shendeng radiation and wax thera-py on the basis of pressed purse - string suture treatment. Follow - up visits were conducted for all patients 6 to 24 months after treatments. Postoperative pain conditions of 1 day,3 days and 7 days,first - phase survival rates and recovery conditions of injured fingers were compared between both groups. Re-sults:First - phase survival rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group(P < 0. 05). Experimental group patients had obviously lower pain scores 3 and 7 days after operations(P < 0. 05). According to follow - up visits of 6 to 24 months,recovery conditions of experimental group were bet-ter than those of control group(P < 0. 05). Conclusion:Pressed purse - string suture boasts simple operation,high survival rate of finger and good recovery effects. Additional TDP Shendeng radiation,hyperthermia and other personalized nursing can reduce pains and promote restoration.%目的：神灯照射和蜡疗对荷包加压缝合法治疗手指甲半月以远离断伤的影响。方法：我院2010年1月~2012年12月收住60例手指甲半月以远区域发生离断伤患者，随机等分为对照组30例（32指）和试验组30例（34指），对照组予采用荷包加压缝合法；试验组是在对照组的基础上结合神灯照射治疗和蜡疗。所有患者均随访6~24个月，通过对比术后1，3，7 d 疼痛情况，一期成活率及伤指恢复情况。结果：试验组断指一期成活率高于对照组（P <0.05）。试验组缝合后3，7 d 疼痛评分明显低于对照组（P <0.05）。随访6~24个月，试验组伤指恢复情况优于对照组（P <0.05）。结论：荷包加压缝合法操作简单，手指成活率高，恢复效果好，结合 TDP 神灯照射和温热保暖等个性化护理可降低疼痛、促进康复。
