Objective:To discuss effects of optimization of intravenous infusion flow in outpatient department on increase of patient satisfactory degree. Meth-ods:Selected 120 cases of children patients who treated with intravenous infusions for greater than or equal to 2 days from October to December in 2014 as control group patients,and conducted intravenous infusions according to usual flows;selected 120 cases of children patients who treated with intravenous in-fusions for greater than or equal to 2 days from January to March in 2015 as observation group patients,and conducted intravenous infusions according to op-timized flows. Wait times for infusion and satisfactory degrees of parents of children patients were compared between both groups. Results:Wait times for in-fusion of observation group were shorter than those of control group(P < 0. 05),and observation group parents were more satisfied than control group pa-tients with 4 major aspects,including wait time for infusion,nursing skill,infusion experience and overall satisfaction degree(P < 0. 05). Conclusion:After optimization of children intravenous infusion flow,nursing quality is enhanced,and satisfaction degrees of children patients and their parents are increased.%目的:探讨在门诊优化静脉输液服务流程对提高患者满意度的效果。方法:选取2014年10~12月门诊静脉输液≥2 d 的患儿120例为对照组,给予常规静脉输液流程;选择2015年1~3月门诊静脉输液≥2 d 的患儿120例为观察组,实施优化静脉输液服务流程,比较两组患儿等候输液时间及患儿家长满意度。结果:观察组患儿等候输液时间短于对照组(P <0.05),在等候输液时间、护理技术、输液体验、综合满意度4个主要方面患儿家长满意度均高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:优化门诊儿童静脉输液服务流程后,提高了护理工作质量,提升了患儿和家属满意度。
