我院静脉药物调配中心集中排药加配辅模式的实践效果

摘要

目的：：保障静脉输液安全，提高工作效率。方法：优化排药流程，实行集中排药，针对集中排药存在的安全隐患实行配辅模式，并与传统工作模式比较排药时间及配置时间。结果：集中排药加配辅工作模式实施后排药完成时间与配置完成时间较传统工作模式时间显著缩短(P<0.05)。结论：实行按药物品种集中排药加配辅模式的工作流程，可有效提高工作效率并能保障输液质量安全。%Objective:To ensure the safety of intravenous infusion and improve working efficiency. Methods:Optimized the procedures of drugs delivery ar-ray, implemented centralized drugs array, implemented dispense auxiliary mode for security risks existed in centralized drugs array and compared the time for drugs array as well as dispense time with traditional working mode. Results:The completion time for drugs array and dispense after implementation of cen-tralized drugs array and dispense auxiliary working mode was shorter than traditional working mode (P<0. 05). Conclusion:The implementation of working procedures of centralized drugs array and dispense auxiliary mode in accordance with drug types helped to improve working efficiency and made sure the in-fusion quality safety.
