硬膜外阻滞麻醉分娩镇痛对初产妇产程的影响

摘要

目的:观察硬膜外阻滞麻醉分娩镇痛对初产妇产程的影响,为临床提供参考依据.方法:选择2014年5月~2015年9月我科分娩的初产妇200例,随机将其等分为硬膜外阻滞麻醉分娩镇痛组(观察组)与非分娩镇痛组(对照组),比较两组患者疼痛情况、第1产程潜伏期、第1产程活跃期、第2产程和第3产程时间以及产程活跃期变化情况.结果:两组在疼痛分级方面比较的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者在第1产程潜伏期、活跃期及第2,3产程时间方面比较有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:硬膜外阻滞麻醉可以缓解分娩时的疼痛,可以缩短产程时间提高顺产率,降低剖宫产率.%Objective:To discuss the influence of epidural block anesthesia delivery analgesia on the stage of labor of primipara and provide reference basis for clinic. Methods:Selected 200 primiparas delivering in our department from May 2014 to September 2015 and divided them into epidural block anesthesia delivery analgesia group ( observation group) and non-labor analgesia group ( control group) . Compared the analgesia condition,incubation phase and ac-tive phase of the first stage of labor,time of the second and third stage of labor and the change of active phase of labor. Results:The comparative differences of two groups in pain degree had statistical significance (P<0. 05);the comparison of two groups in the incubation phase and active phase of the first stage of labor, time of the second and third stage of labor had statistical significance (P<0. 05). Conclusion:Epidural block anesthesia could relieve the pain during delivery, shorten the time of stage of labor, improve spontaneous delivery rate and reduce cesarean section rate.
