目的:调查静脉用药调配中心配置人员心理健康状况.方法:本研究选取2所医院的80名静脉用药调配中心配置人员作为研究对象,将其设置为观察组;另选取80名临床一线护理人员进行研究,将其设置为对照组.采用抑郁、焦虑自评量表调查两组患者的心理状况,并应用自制"静脉用药调配中心配置人员职业压力源量表"对静脉用药配置中心人员压力源进行调查.结果:观察组的SAS和SDS评分均高于50分,即存在焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪,且观察组的SAS和SDS评分均明显高于对照组,两组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05).静脉用药调配中心人员的压力源位居前5位的分别为社会地位过低(88.75%)、晋升机会少(81.25%)、工作量过于繁重(81.25%)、担心出现差错事故(80.00%)和高风险职业的压力(80.00%).结论:静脉用药调配中心配置人员的心理状况较差.在临床实践中,要根据存在的实际问题制定因地制宜的措施,从而改善静脉用药调配中心配置人员心理健康.%Objective:To investigate the personnel metal health status of vein pharmacy deployment center. Methods:Selected 80 personnel of vein pharmacy deployment centers from two hospitals as observation group and 80 clinic front-line nurses as control group. Adopted Self-Rating Depression Scale ( SDS) and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale ( SAS) to investigate the psychological status of two groups patients and used self-made "Occupational Stress Sources Scale of Vein Pharmacy Deployment Center Personnel" to investigate the personnel's stress sources. Results:The SAS and SDS grades of observation group were 50 points higher, namely had anxiety, depression and other unhealthy emotions;besides,the SAS and SDS grades of observation group were higher than that of control group;the differences had statistical significance (P<0. 05). the top 5 stress sources of vein pharmacy deployment center personnel were low social status (88. 75 percent),less promotion opportunity (81. 25 percent),excessively heavy workload (81. 25 percent),worry about accidents (80. 00 percent) and high-risk occupational stress (80. 00 percent). Conclusion:The psychological status of vein pharmacy deployment center personnel was bad. In clinic practice,appropriate measures should be developed according to the existing practical problems so as to improve the mental health of vein pharmacy deployment center personnel.
